At Beaute Knows, every purchase is made with confidence and care. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every beauty, skincare and fragrance product from our curated collection of over 70 world-renowned brands including Lancôme, Bvlgari, Armani, Helena Rubinstein and Chanel.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact Customer Support within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase to request an exchange or return. To be eligible, items must be in their original purchase condition with all packaging intact.
Packaging must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Unmarked
- Not defaced in any manner
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind returns, items must meet the above return criteria. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded as store credit.
Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items
In the unfortunate event that your order arrived faulty or damaged, please take clear photos and contact Customer Support for assessment immediately. Once approved, Beaute Knows will provide free return label and offer a replacement or refund.
If an incorrect item has been received, please take photos and contact Customer Support. Upon approval, Beaute Knows will arrange free return label.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Contact Customer Support at support@beauteknows.com to initiate your return.
- Once your request has been approved, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be provided. carefully package your item(s) in their original condition.
- Include your proof of purchase in your package, with Return Authorization Number clearly written on the package.
- For change of mind returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. For faulty and incorrect returns, a free return label will be provided.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged and trackable. Beaute Knows is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item in its original condition. Please note that your financial institution may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to finalize the transaction and release the funds to your account.
