Absolutely. Every product at Beaute Knows is100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and trusted brand partners. We never sell replicas, imitations — only genuine products that meet the highest standards of quality.


Where is Beaute Knows based?

All orders are lovingly packed and dispatched from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.

Do you have a physical store?

Beaute Knows currently operates exclusively online to provide a premium, accessible shopping experience across Australia.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the bag, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all your order details.


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for dispatch. Unfortunately, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please contact Customer Service via Live Chat or Contact Form as soon as possible for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Buy Now Pay Later options and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Is it safe to shop online with Beaute Knows?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

Beaute Knows currently ships within Australia only.

Which courier service do you use?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, offering both Standard and Express delivery options.

How much is shipping?
  • Standard Delivery: $9.95 AUD or Free for orders over $200 AUD
  • Express Delivery: $14.95 AUD (not available for fragrance or perfume items)
How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times (as per Australia Post):

  • Metro Areas: 1–5 business days (Standard) / 1–3 business days (Express)
  • Regional Areas: 3–7 business days (Standard) / 2–5 business days (Express)
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days (Standard) / 3–7 business days (Express)
When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before1pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow us more time during peak sale seasons. Thank you :)

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email with a tracking link. You can also track your order HERE or via your Beaute Knows account.


Is my order insured?

Yes. Every order placed with Beaute Knows is fully insured with Australia Post for your peace of mind. This means that in the rare event your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, your order is protected. Our Customer Care team will work closely with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I authorize my parcel to be left unattended?

Yes. You may select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout for orders under $500 AUD. By doing so, you authorize Australia Post to leave your parcel in a deemed safe location without requiring a signature. Please note that once delivered under ATL instructions, Beaute Knows and Australia Post are not liable for any loss or damage.




Do you ship perfumes via Express Post?

Due to postal regulations, perfumes and fragrance products can only be shipped via Australia Post Standard service.






Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, Beaute Knows ships exclusively within Australia.




Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition — unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. Proof of purchase is required.





Can I return part of a set or bundle?

Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Yes, provided the item meets our return criteria. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded as store credit.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

We’re truly sorry if this happens. Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible with photos of the item. Once approved, Beaute Knows will provide free return postage and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Can I return gift cards or vouchers?

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Products & Authenticity

Are your products new and genuine?

Yes. Every product is brand new, genuine, and sourced directly from authorized distributors.

Do you sell testers or samples?

Beaute Knows does not sell samples. However, we occasionally conduct regulatory testing on selected products to ensure quality consistency and packaging. These tested items are later made available at special marked-down prices during our Private Sale Event, exclusively for our BK Insiders. SUBSCRIBE for early access and exclusive invitations.

Why does my product look slightly different from what I’ve seen on your website?

Packaging updates and regional variations may occur from time to time. Rest assured, all products are authentic and sourced from official brand partners.

Do you test on animals?

Beaute Knows does not test products on animals. We proudly support brands that align with cruelty-free and ethical beauty standards.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history and enjoy a faster checkout experience.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter the gift card code at checkout. The balance will automatically apply to your order total.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless faulty.
