All prices listed on www.beauteknows.com.au are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

In the event of a pricing error, Beaute Knows reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order placed at an incorrect price.

Beaute Knows ships orders within Australia via Australia Post. Delivery options include Standard and Express services, depending on product eligibility.

All orders are shipped with Extra Cover, meaning they are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery at Beaute Knows’ cost. This ensures your order arrives safely and securely.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Beaute Knows is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition — unopened, unused, and unmarked — with proof of purchase.

Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of receipt. Once approved, Beaute Knows will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and gift-with-purchase promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Promo codes are issued at the discretion of Beaute Knows and are valid for a limited time only. Each code may have specific conditions such as minimum spend, product exclusions, or expiry dates. You must spend $100 minimum and must be logged in to use the sign up coupon code.

Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders. Only one promo code can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.

Beaute Knows reserves the right to cancel or refuse the use of any promo code if it suspects misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Beaute Knows will notify you and issue a refund or offer an alternative product.
