Subscription Policy — Subscribe & Save
BEAUTE KNOWS is pleased to offer Subscribe & Save, a subscription purchase option that lets you receive your favourite products automatically, on a schedule that suits you, at a discounted price. This Subscription Policy explains how Subscribe & Save works and should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery and Exchange & Return Policy.
1. How Subscribe & Save Works
When you select the Subscribe & Save option on an eligible product, you agree to receive that product automatically at your chosen delivery frequency, with payment processed securely via your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Subscribe & Save is available on selected products only, as indicated on the relevant product page. Available delivery frequencies vary by product and are displayed at the point of purchase.
A BEAUTE KNOWS account is required to create and manage a Subscribe & Save subscription. You will need to be signed in to your account to complete a subscription purchase.
2. Subscription Pricing & Discounts
Subscribe & Save orders receive a discount of 10% OFF the standard retail price, applied automatically at checkout and to every recurring order for the life of your subscription.
Subscription pricing is clearly displayed before you confirm your subscription, and there are no hidden or additional fees beyond the price shown at checkout. Should subscription pricing change at any point, BEAUTE KNOWS will provide reasonable advance notice by email before the new price applies to your next billing cycle.
The Subscribe & Save discount is based on the standard retail price and cannot be combined with promotional codes, sitewide sales, or other offers.
3. Billing & Renewal
Your payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle, based on the frequency you selected at sign-up. You will receive a reminder email before each upcoming order is processed, confirming the product, price and billing date, so you have the opportunity to skip, pause, modify or cancel before you're charged.
There is no minimum commitment period. You may skip, pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date, as set out below.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You're always in control of your subscription. Log into your BEAUTE KNOWS account at any time to:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Resume a paused subscription
- Change the delivery frequency of your subscription
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription entirely
Changes must be made before 11:59pm AEST the day before your next scheduled billing date to take effect on that cycle. Changes made after this time will apply from the following cycle.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time, for any reason, directly through your BEAUTE KNOWS account — no phone call, email, or reason required. Cancellation is immediate for all future billing cycles. Any order already processed or dispatched prior to cancellation will not be affected.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All Subscribe & Save orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, including insured delivery via Australia Post and signature-on-delivery requirements. Please keep your shipping address up to date in your account to avoid delivery delays or missed collections.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
If a scheduled subscription payment is declined or fails, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Your order for that cycle will not be processed until valid payment details are provided, and your subscription may be paused until this is resolved. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available ahead of each billing date.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Products purchased through Subscribe & Save are subject to our standard Exchange & Return Policy, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
9. Changes to the Subscribe & Save Program
BEAUTE KNOWS reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program, in whole or in part, at any time. Where this affects an active subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email.
10. Changes to This Policy
BEAUTE KNOWS may update this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Subscribe & Save program. Where changes materially affect active subscribers, we will notify you by email in advance where reasonably practicable.
