At BEAUTE KNOWS, every order is handled with care and precision to ensure a seamless delivery experience. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia, using Australia Post services.

 

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Delivery timeframes are based on estimates provided by Australia Post. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please refer to the official Australia Post website.

 

DISPATCH INFORMATION

Orders received before 1pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery.

 

PERFUME DELIVERY

Due to postal regulations, all fragrance and perfume products must be shipped via Australia Post Standard service only. Express delivery is not available for these items.

 

EXTRA COVER

All BEAUTE KNOWS orders are shipped with Australia Post Extra Cover for complete peace of mind. Every parcel is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your order reaches you safely and securely. This additional protection is provided at no extra cost to you, as part of our commitment to delivering a premium and worry-free shopping experience.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via your Dispatch Confirmation Email. You can track your order by entering your order number (including #) or tracking number HERE, or through your BEAUTE KNOWS Account.

 

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS & RETURN TO SENDER

As every BEAUTE KNOWS order requires a signature on delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection notice if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, with instructions on where your parcel can be collected and the date by which collection is required. We recommend collecting your parcel promptly, as any order not collected by the specified date will be returned to us by Australia Post.

Please note that BEAUTE KNOWS is not responsible for parcels returned to sender due to a missed collection. Once the returned parcel has been received back into our warehouse, a refund for the product value only will be processed via your original payment method, less any return-to-sender fee charged by Australia Post. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in this circumstance.
